Looking for an HR Generalist to join an fantastic non-profit in Sacramento

Job Description

-Conducting full cycle recruiting of new employees, conducting interviews and onboarding

-Responsible for ensuring the HR department is compliant with local laws
and maintaining proper records applicable with local legal requirements

-Has a full understanding of laws and regulations

-Full understanding on benefits and payroll

-Bachelor's degree in a related field; or equivalent in experience

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience and related functions

-Supervisory experience preferred

This is a temp to hire opportunity that pays $30.00-$35.00 an hour DOE This position is a hybrid opportunity, so being a self starter mandatory.
