Our client, a dynamic travel company dedicated to providing an elevated hospitality experience, is looking to reposition themselves and bring in a Design Director/Copy Director duo to help them achieve this. You will be embarking on an exciting brand repositioning initiative aimed at revitalizing brand identity and market presence across various channels; this project encompasses comprehensive branding, creative strategy development, and execution for print, digital, and broadcast media. this position will be fully remote.


  • Rate: $90-100/hour


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the executive team to refine and articulate the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Lead the creative process from concept development through to final execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Partner effectively with the Copy Director to integrate messaging with visual concepts seamlessly.
  • Direct the design team in translating conceptual ideas into tangible assets across multiple media platforms, including print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Maintain high standards of design and copy quality throughout all phases of the project.


Required Qualifications:


  • At least 7 years of experience in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful rebrand projects.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a Copy partner, ideally as a cohesive team with a shared portfolio of past work.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategic goals into impactful creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and copywriting software/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
