Central to this initiative is the LITEON Energy management software, which integrates energy storage systems, solar panels, EV chargers, and smart home devices through a cloud-based platform.

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying causes: Using design documentation, software tools, and lab equipment to analyze returned devices and identify the root cause of failure.
  • Testing and diagnosing: Using bench level equipment to test and diagnose products.
  • Writing reports: Writing detailed reports on failure analysis and documenting evidence in Quality Database.
  • Continuous development of test methods and failure analysis handbook based on lessons learned
  • Improving products: Working with engineering to identify ways to improve product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Consulting: Consulting with other disciplines and providing guidance to quality, manufacturing, and design teams.
  • Tracking failures: Working with the Customer Quality Support team to resolve questions about potentially reportable failures.
  • Complete product repairs & refurbishment based on failure analysis findings and refurbishment guidelines.
  • Support periodic RMA ticket reviews with clients.

Qualifications:

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree​ in ​Electrical Engineering​ (or equivalent experience). ​
  • 1 – 2 years of related or equivalent experience​ in the Electronics industry in a Analyzer engineer role or system engineer role. Pr
  • oficiency in Linux/C++ ​a plus​. Sy
  • stem Knowledge: Experience using Quality Problem Resolution tools ​required​. 6 Sigma – green belt certification is a plus. Ca
  • pable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus. Ab
  • ility to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. St
