The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing Tilt-Up construction projects within the commercial, industrial, and office sectors. This role requires a self-starter who can independently handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Oversee project teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of management experience in the general construction industry
  • Proven track record in Tilt-Up construction
  • Expertise in commercial, industrial, and office project management
  • Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects within budget


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Central Florida market
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
