RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily monitoring and maintenance of assigned IT systems, applications, and servers
  • Participate in technical discovery and participate in project design/delivery
  • Work with necessary team members to ensure security posture
  • Maintain regular backups of all environments
  • Assist with maintaining third-party software/hardware vendor relationships
  • Maintain strong documentation skills
  • Participate in on call rotation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s degree
  • 6+ years of hands on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • 3 years with VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization, DQL Server, Active Directory, Centralized AV, patch management, and backup management
  • 3 years of experience with deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server and client operating systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Server/Virtualization/Clustering technologies

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • RMM platform exposure
  • Storage Spaces Direct clustering exposure
  • Azure experience

TERMS:

  • This position is a direct hire with a salary up to $75K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K and other benefits.
