The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, assisting in mapping out projects, and ensuring accountability for meeting timelines and complex deliverables on multi-faceted projects.


This role offers a hybrid work schedule of 4 days a week onsite with 1 day a week remote.


Key Roles:


Strategic Development and Implementation

  • Implement and adapt marketing strategies to align with company goals, utilizing both digital and print media
  • Coordinate with NPMG team and third-party vendors to optimize campaign components and execution


Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using key metrics to refine and escalate marketing efforts
  • Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate project management for campaign production, creative team coordination
  • Participate with technology team on SEO initiatives providing general insight and direction


Email Marketing Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, analytics, asset design, and launch scheduling using HubSpot
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to meet inquiry goals, notifying sales teams as necessary


Additional Support and Development

  • Support marketing team in content coordination, brand development, and other capacities as needed
  • Assist with other marketing activities as needed


Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design and execute robust marketing campaigns that effectively integrate digital, social media, and print channels


Content Oversight: Manage the production of compelling marketing content and promotional materials that reflect our brand’s voice and goals


Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to gauge success and identify improvement opportunities


Collaborative Initiatives: Work seamlessly with sales, production, technology and client success teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising agency, ideally working with real estate or a similar sector
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, content management, digital advertising, and SEO.
  • Firm knowledge of digital/email marketing best practices – A/B testing, email design optimization, etc.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard marketing technology platforms including HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
