About Us:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and excited to bring fresh ideas to our marketing efforts, this could be the role for you In this position, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing Manager and event team to bring campaigns to life and ensure our brand stays consistent, engaging, and impactful.


Role Overview:

As our Marketing Assistant, you will support various marketing initiatives, with a focus on SMS and email marketing, copywriting, and graphic design. You’ll work closely with our event coordination team to develop creative assets, track campaign performance, and streamline our materials. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys a balance of creative design and data-driven tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SMS and Email Campaigns: Lead and manage SMS campaigns and execute email marketing efforts.
  • Copywriting: Create compelling and persuasive copy for SMS, email, and other marketing materials.
  • Graphic Design: Design and update creative assets, including brochures, business cards, and event folders, using tools like Canva.
  • Brand Consistency: Template documents and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive look across all content.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze consumer responses, implementing insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the event coordination team to ensure timely and on-brand delivery of all assets.
  • Workflow Management: Use Monday.com to organize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.
  • AI Integration: Use AI tools to enhance daily tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Additional Tools: Experience with Zoom, automation tools, and CRM is a plus.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, especially with SMS and email platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored for email and SMS campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint; knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer response analytics and tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative, with excellent communication skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, automation tools, and Zoom is a bonus.
