HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Analyze and address varying stakeholder concerns, building consensus across diverse groups.
  • Establish and support standardized processes and procedures for managing reference and master data.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of MDM and RDM solutions that align with technical and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Application Development teams to implement data strategies and build data flows.
  • Ensure timely execution of changes to master data, coordinate master data setup and maintenance, and perform mass updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional and regional projects and initiatives.
  • Resolve master data issues and ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across business systems.
  • Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents, and change requests as needed.
  • Assist in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation.


ARE YOU AN MDM ROCK STAR?

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations using MDM tools.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling, profiling, and mining. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including advanced functions, macros, and automation.
  • Qualifications: Experience in managing MDM stakeholder identification, requirements, and quality thresholds. 2+ years in master data management, preferably in global projects/companies.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize work efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in the cannabis domain, knowledge of Epicor ERP, Metrc, and Wherefour, and collaboration with various teams on MDM topics.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work as required to meet project deadlines and provide critical support.
