About the team:
The practice group represents fund managers and sponsors at every stage of the fund formation lifecycle, including structuring, forming, and operating venture capital funds, venture studios, crypto investment vehicles, DAO-based investment funds, corporate venture operations, investment clubs, impact funds, incubators, accelerators, and private equity funds. They’ve represented more than 1,500 venture capital-backed companies and act as legal counsel to more than 50. The team has been recognized multiple times by leading publications such as Chambers USA and The Legal 500.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) to four (4) years experience
- Extensive experience in private investment fund formation and counseling and relevant corporate and securities regulations.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Barred in state where applying.
- JD from an accredited law school.
