The Payroll Coordinator ensures that the tasks required to run payroll for nurses is processed on time and to the service levels agreed, with a focus on customer service and accuracy.


The role holder will work closely with teams across the organization.


Deliverables:

  • Gather information on hours worked and accurately process within the required business and payroll systems.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll transactions.
  • Respond/Resolve payroll questions in a timely manner.
  • Update payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.

Experience:

  • Processing and administering payrolls.
  • Responding to enquires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Developing and refining payroll procedures.
  • Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
  • Updating and Managing Confidential Payroll Records.


Technical Knowledge:

  • Payroll processing
  • Time & attendance familiarity
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • ADP and UKG (Highly Preferred)
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations


Education:

Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience within healthcare staffing or similar industries.
