Our Technology

Our multi-platform application is built on AWS-centric cloud based architecture utilizing a number of managed services serving a React front end.


We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer who is eager to both architect solutions and participate in infrastructural development. While we’ve built a solid foundation there is still significant opportunity to shape the architecture and vision for the underlying infrastructure.


While we eagerly adopt new technologies to enhance our product's appeal, we are fully aware of the maintenance challenges associated with incorporating new libraries or platforms, prioritizing solutions for immediate issues rather than engaging in premature optimizations for potential future problems. We use Slack for daily communication and Google for video calls.

You also have the below experience and skills:


  • 4+ years of strong experience in AWS DevOps
  • Extensive experience in managing Cloud-based applications
  • Strong Experience in Infrastructure templating tools
  • Good understanding of Data Security on Cloud based applications
  • Extensive knowledge of networking concepts on Cloud
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for large scale application on AWS
  • Strong background in transforming applications into cloud native environments
  • Good Understanding about Scaling on AWS
  • Knowledge in deployment management tools
  • Good understanding of release management standard methodologies
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills


Your Work at Coennect

As an AWS DevOps Engineer, your work will include:


  • Monitor production, staging, test and development environments on AWS
  • Build and support CI/CD tools to port & manage multiple applications on AWS
  • Ability to understand the application requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability etc.) and assess the right services/topology on Cloud
  • Build tools to monitor and alert the high performance and low latency applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application specific, core network, system and performance issues
  • The candidate is expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and a solution-oriented individual.

We offer these benefits:


  • The base salary range for this role in Austin, Texas is between $160,000 and $185,000
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, we cover 50 percent of the premiums
  • Up to 160 hours of paid time off a year to spend however you want
  • 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave and 5 days of bereavement leave
  • Volunteer opportunities throughout the year


Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, such as skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
