Superintendent Position Summary

Do you have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes and a knack for leading teams? We are looking for a highly motivated Landscape Superintendent to join our growing team. The Landscape Superintendent will be responsible for managing crews, overseeing properties, and building relationships with property managers in a designated region.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned landscape crews, ensuring efficient project completion and adherence to high-quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to guarantee client satisfaction with the final product.

Maintain a safe and productive work environment, enforcing all safety protocols and procedures.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, effectively communicating project details and timelines.

Manage crew schedules, workloads, and training needs.

Prepare and track project budgets and materials.

Identify and resolve any landscape issues efficiently.

Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3 years’ experience in commercial landscape construction, maintenance and irrigation
  • Strong organization, account management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Basic understanding of business math and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Associate degree or higher in related field strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License - Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
  • Drug Free and able to pass a background check
  • Use ERP computer software. Dyna-Mist uses Aspire.
