We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced multifamily sales broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in cold calling and generating new listings. You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential sellers, as well as marketing and selling their properties.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential sellers
  • Market and sell multifamily properties
  • Cold call potential sellers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential buyers
  • Negotiate contracts


Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Must have real estate license
  • Willing to work as a 1099 Contractor on commission based sales
