Our reputable Staffing Firm is partnering with a leading precision machine shop, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their client base and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers competitive compensation, including uncapped commissions, and provides an ideal environment for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to effectively communicate customer needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a machining environment.
- Strong understanding of precision machining processes and technologies.
- Understanding of ISO and Lean Manufacturing
