Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and administration of large-scale Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure and client systems, both on-premise and with Azure AD joined devices.
  • Independently troubleshoot Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Site Servers, Distribution Points (DPs), agent installations, and health.
  • Support OS deployment, application package distribution, advertisements, and collections.
  • Produce Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager reports for various business needs and compliance.
  • Deployment support of Microsoft and 3rd party security patches to client machines.
  • Evaluate and test hardware, OS, and applications, making recommendations on new/upgrades to hardware, OS, and applications.
  • Act as lead on small to medium-sized projects to provide integrated team support and maintenance of hardware and software as needed in a team environment.
  • Provide technical expertise to teams in the development of systems solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day project-related activities for basic / complex projects, including producing, driving, and managing project schedules, status, resources, deliverables, issues, risks, and timelines with input from the team.
  • Build team consensus and have responsibility for the execution and final delivery of the project, including conducting post-phase evaluations and communicating “lessons learned” and best practices to management.
  • Manage customer expectations and keep the customer aware of the project status and critical issues and risks; obtain customer sign-off at appropriate checkpoints.
  • Prepare documentation on all phases of projects.
  • Keep management well informed on a timely basis of progress, status, and concerns for each assignment.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and information to peers, management, and customers.
  • Participate in “on call” rotation; ability to respond within 1 hour during off-times for support.
  • Consistently demonstrate regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Windows, Active directory, LAN/WAN.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 3-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 4 years with Azure AD.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems or Unix, LAN implementation/support.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with client-server applications in a 2-tier and 3-tier architecture.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of client-server hardware platforms.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • General knowledge of LAN/WAN components.
  • Intermediate level technical writing skills (documentation).
  • Intermediate level understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Intermediate level organizational, teamwork, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Intermediate level presentation and written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business.
  • Functional understanding of the assigned retail business area (logistics, credit, and so forth) and how it interacts with other areas of the business and detail processes; overall understanding of the MST suite of systems and their interdependence is a plus.
  • Intermediate level conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
  • Ability to work On-Site at John’s Creek Technology HQ on a daily basis.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reasoning Ability:
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on a keyboard and using a mouse. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
