Position Overview:


As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you’ll play a crucial role in managing loan applications and ensuring a smooth process for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us deliver top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities:


• Process mortgage loan applications efficiently and accurately.

• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties to gather necessary documentation.

• Work closely with underwriters and loan officers to ensure timely loan approvals.

• Utilize the Arive LOS system to manage and track loan progress.


Qualifications:


• Computer Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new systems.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Experience: Prior experience working with lenders like PennyMac, UWM, LoanStream, Angel Oak, etc.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
