Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Workday financials experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent ability to drive teams through process design and system configuration
  • Executive presence in this client-facing role
  • Experience doing one or more full life-cycle workday implementations to include supplier accounts, banking / settlements, expenses
  • Workday certification in related financial modules required
  • Experience in Workday financial processes and configuration options in order to be able to optimize operational processes and system improvements during the implementation that will improve overall departmental efficiency
  • Healthcare Experience is a strong plus in this role.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related discipline
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Workday certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
  • Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
  • Demonstrates a high level of maturity with demonstrated self-confidence and ability to make bi-lateral decisions together with client personnel
  • Conducts self in a professional manner at all times
  • Ability to work with peers in a team situation
  • Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
  • Must demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently
