Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an International Settlements Oversight/ Client Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing international settlement operations with a focus on Asia and Europe. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate settlement of transactions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and counterparties, and providing exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the settlement process for international transactions, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and counterparties in Asia and Europe regarding settlement inquiries and issues.

- Monitor and mitigate settlement-related risks, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the settlement function.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to international settlements.

- Prepare and present settlement-related reports and metrics to management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international settlements operations within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of global settlement practices and regulations, particularly in Asia and Europe.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with international clients and counterparties in wealth management or asset management sectors.

- Knowledge of industry platforms and systems relevant to international settlements.
