Job Overview:

Alpine Solutions Group is a rapidly growing recruitment agency specializing in delivering top-tier talent to fast-paced industries. As a Talent Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and nurturing new business relationships. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by selling staffing solutions to businesses, ranging from small startups to large enterprises, across various industries.

You will develop strategies to penetrate new markets, enhance client acquisition efforts, and foster long-term relationships to meet clients’ staffing needs effectively. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, client-centricity, and an understanding of staffing trends in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of staffing services. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers (C-level, HR Directors, etc.) in targeted organizations to introduce Alpine Solutions Group’s staffing solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Approach
  • Understand client staffing challenges and offer tailored recruitment solutions to meet their specific needs (temporary, permanent, and contract staffing). Effectively present the agency’s value proposition, differentiating Alpine Solutions Group from competitors.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, including tracking leads and converting them into profitable accounts. Maintain updated records of sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Networking & Industry Engagement
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Alpine Solutions Group’s presence in the market and build relationships with potential clients and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Team
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on client needs and service expectations, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from candidate search to placement.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with staffing services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to inform strategy.
