Accounts Receivable Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Implement, maintain, streamline, and improve EDI systems and processes for electronic invoicing and data exchange.
  • Monitor EDI transactions and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any billing-related inquiries.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on systems and processes.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of AR experience required
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience required
  • Familiarity with ERP systems required
  • Experience implementing EDI solutions or process improvements required
  • Accounting Degree or Certification preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Distributing preferred
