Job Summary

Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company with a strong presence in the specialty frozen baked goods market. We are committed to driving innovation, predicting consumer trends, and exceeding customer expectations. As a Rheon Relief Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Rheon Line, overseeing processing activities, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities on the Rheon Line, ensuring efficient and accurate task performance by team members.
  • Verify line parameters meet quality standards and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Monitor controls to ensure product quality and set process line control parameters to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
  • Record Quality Control checks accurately and timely, and ensure all data entries are correct and accurate for proper reporting in SAP.
  • Understand and operate Rheon Line process controls panels, making accurate adjustments when necessary.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Rheon operator.
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly, and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
