Role Overview

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to enhance their service platform hosted on Salesforce Lightning. This role involves working in a multidisciplinary team, including researchers, experience designers, visual designers, and developers, to create intuitive, human-centered products for the client's marketing organization.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and consolidate separate interactions into cohesive user flows.
  • Design rational screens and digital touchpoints that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for new product developments by looking for common activities across different experiences.
  • Implement improvements based on the Human Centered Design framework.
  • Create and iterate on interactive prototypes aligned with user tasks and journeys.
  • Develop cross-functional design patterns and standards collaboratively with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders.
  • Propose design enhancements to marketing and product managers.
  • Lead and facilitate Design Thinking workshops, Lean Business Canvas sessions, and other collaborative activities.
  • Analyze failures in existing experiences, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Explore cost reduction and process improvement opportunities within existing services.


Must-Haves

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Product Design, UX/UI, or equivalent design role.
  • Salesforce Experience: Proven experience designing within Salesforce Lightning (required).
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe XD, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • UX Research: 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience; experience facilitating design thinking workshops is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts to diverse audiences; high-level problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience in UI design.
  • Background in ERPs.
  • Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development integration.
