JOB DESCRIPTION

Kopari is seeking a temporary part-time Operations Coordinator, to help ensure the smooth daily operations at Kopari. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will work alongside 3PL partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, help ensure timely shipment of all sales orders, and use Kopari’s ERP system to assist with monthly reconciliation and reporting. This is a hybrid, three days in office role.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Communicating frequently with Kopari 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partner to ensure all orders are

being processed accurately and on time, including one-off special requests or new projects

  • Reviewing and communicating all wholesale customers’ routing requirements, including

delivery appointments, carton labeling specifics, packing list requirements, etc.

  • Working with freight forwarders for international wholesale customers and providing correct

documentation for international shipments

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of finished goods, including shipments from

contract manufacturers to 3PL, shipments to Amazon, and shipments between 3PL warehouses

  • Managing wholesale customer returns, credits, and chargebacks
  • Performing monthly reconciliations and reviewing inventory levels in ERP system
  • Assisting department with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Troubleshooting integration order errors through EDI and other software service providers, and

onboarding new wholesale customers via EDI

  • Maintaining access to shipping portals and other wholesale platforms for Kopari and 3PL
  • Performing item setup and maintenance as needed across multiple platforms
  • Supporting Operations team with other day-to-day operations as needed


REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar related field required.
  • 0-1+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, demand planning, or related

field

  • High proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
  • Self-driven, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven

environment

  • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with

ambiguity

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in an office environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Experience with NetSuite and EDI
  • Hazmat certification or experience
  • Previous Skincare/Beauty Industry experience


COMPENSATION

This is a temporary part-time (20 hours per week) role, covering an existing employees leave.

The compensation range for this position is $24-$27/hourly (Actual placement within the

compensation range may vary depending on multiple factors, including experience, education,

skills, location, etc.)
