Job Overview

The Operations Administrator role at LeSar Holdings is a dynamic position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the efficient daily operations of the organization.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow and process management within the team, including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and coordinating with various departments to maintain operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to GPLA leadership, ensuring operations are efficient, effective, and to a high degree of quality.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service and high EQ when working with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Partner and coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless execution of operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ proven experience in operations or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Proficiency in the following software: Adobe, Harvest, Docebo, and Click-up are highly desired.
  • Bilingual in German is a plus.

Working Hours and Location

Standard hours Monday-Friday, up to eight hours per day. This position works primarily remotely. Hours will vary due to working with national and international partners.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% local and domestic travel. International travel may also be required.
