Job Title

Oracle Engineer (ORC - Talent & Learning, OIC and HCM)


Relevant Experience

Between 6 to 9 Years


Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning

• Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration

• Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

• Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

• Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

• Experience on Oracle Journeys

• Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

• Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System


Nice to Have

• Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

• Experience on Documentum

• Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle .

• Knowledge on LLM's

• Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages


Experience Required

• Prior hands-on experience as Oracle Cloud Engineer with Talent & Learning Fusion, Oracle Cloud Integration and Oracle HCM.

• Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM

• Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team

• Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application

• Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban

• Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project

• Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will be an added advantage

• Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages

• Oracle Skills Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) is a key skill Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS a benefit.

• Deliver technology solutions to American Express CEG (HR) businesses worldwide.

• Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments. Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies.

• Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals.

• Helps to drive the team’s strategy and prioritizes initiatives Challenge status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing creative ideas

• Analyzing workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.

• As part of diverse tech team, architect, code scripts, integrations and configurations within our SaaS software that makes an essential part of customers digital lives.
