Job Description:

  • Assist in product development throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Support and maintain existing products during development.
  • Independently drive solutions to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers across multiple sites.
  • Ensure projects adhere to standard processes, such as 3D and Agile methodologies.
  • Develop functional block diagrams for hardware design risk assessment.
  • Design hardware and manage PCBA builds.
  • Perform circuit design, simulation, and analysis.
  • Conduct circuit and product risk assessments using P Diagrams and FMEA.
  • Develop BOMs, product costing, and manage PCBA builds.
  • Oversee product development, validation, regulatory compliance, and production planning.
  • Develop project plans for system development.
  • Create validation plans for devices and lead risk assessments for manufacturing.
  • Review product assembly flow plans for controls and containment.
  • Support product approval for production.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, operations, customer support, and other functions to ensure on-time product launches and post-launch support.
  • Execute projects within established timelines and budgetary controls.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
