Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions, both corporate and agency-side, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Handle a high volume of requisitions (15-17 active roles simultaneously) with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs efficiently.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to actively source and engage top-tier candidates, building a robust pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and tailor your approach for each unique role.
  • Drive a seamless candidate experience, ensuring communication and feedback are timely and professional.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruitment environments.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting with multiple open requisitions.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce is a plus, though not required – we’re happy to provide training.
