Overview:

We are seeking an eager and driven Program and Project Coordinator to support program and business operations initiatives within our Sales Operations Organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various internal stakeholders and gain visibility with the Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.


Program Initiatives and Project Coordinator Tasks:

  • Assist with getting the initiatives organized, keeping the teams on track with the various programs and initiatives.
  • PowerPoint creation – someone with the ability and mindset to visualize and pull things together in PowerPoint – help create PPT for executive leadership.
  • Help stand up the new revamped awards / recognition cycle – need help with execution – reaching out to stakeholders for each groups, to help collect the awards/ recognition, and how to build a process and roll it out/ present to Executive leadership.
  • Assist with the execution – reaching out to stakeholders for each groups to help collect the awards/ recognition.
  • Assist in determining how to build out the process and roll it out.
  • Pull together the information to present to Executive leadership.
  • Budget forecasting (dig in on the data side of that) help the teams create a forecasting – proficient in Excel – dig into the data, work with the finance counterparts.
  • Excel knowledge – basics of vlook ups, etc. Not a data guru. Just enough to be given a dataset to create a quick pivot out of it. Or minor analysis to find the information fairly quickly.
  • SharePoint sites – revamp and get organized across the teams and sales connect.
  • Revamp the SharePoint sites. Collectively get it cleaned up – create a rhythm with the teams (to get the correct info and added in when), creative edge to help with getting that created and pulled together.
  • Work with various internal stakeholders and visibility to the Sr. Leadership team.
  • Assist with new processes and procedures for Travel & Expenses (T&E)

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably within a tech or sales operations environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including basic functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Experience with SharePoint site management and content organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and various stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in budget forecasting and data analysis.
  • Prior involvement in awards and recognition programs.
  • Familiarity with process improvement for Travel & Expenses.
