We鈥檙e seeking a talented Automotive Account Manager who is ready to take the wheel and steer our company towards growth and success.


Job Description/Qualifications:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive clients, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's automotive customer base and increase revenue.
  • Utilize PLEX CRM to manage client accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Travel required for client meetings and industry events.


What We Need From You:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PLEX ERP or similar CRM software.


All-Star Skillset:

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Certification in Sales or Customer Relationship Management.
