Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage K-12 construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform detailed project estimating and develop competitive bids.
  • Conduct site walks and assessments to ensure project requirements are fully understood and addressed.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring all project milestones are met.
  • Oversee superintendents and project staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and change orders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing K-12 construction projects.
  • Proven experience in project estimating and bidding.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
