Project Manager and Estimator Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in estimation to join our roofing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the estimation process and overseeing the execution of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately assess project requirements and prepare detailed cost estimates
Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Stay on top of design requirements, codes, and materials to prepare accurate proposals and contracts
Analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to create time, cost, and labor estimates

Requirements:

Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and concerns to people with different styles
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex information
Comfort with numbers and the ability to work with mathematical concepts
Proficiency with technology tools like phones, tablets, and estimating software
Expertise in reading blueprints and specifications, combined with the ability to collect and research data
