Our client is looking to bring on their first Account Executive to join their full service residential and commercial civil engineering firm. In this role, they will take over the CEO's rolodex to manage existing customers while identifying new sales prospects. We're looking for someone ready to be a harvesters; prospecting, setting meetings, closing deals, and nurturing existing and new customers.


We are looking for someone that understands how residential and commercial builders operate. This role will be selling to folks that need civil engineering services.

What are the minimum requirements?

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success; ideally in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving excellence.
