Role Overview:
The Director of Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits globally for a rapidly growing marketing technology company. This role will involve creating and implementing comprehensive compensation and incentive plans, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with global HR standards. The Director of Total Rewards will report to the Head of People and oversee a Benefits Manager.This role presents a unique oppunrity to build foundations for a firm in an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Management:
* Develop and implement formal incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives.
* Maintain a compensation framework, including job architecture, survey participation, market pricing, and job leveling.
* Manage equity plans.
2. Benefits Administration:
* Oversee benefits programs with the support of a Benefits Manager.
* Manage plan renewals, compliance, and benefits administration.
* Integrate Workday with benefits portals and other systems.
3. Work-Life Balance Initiatives:
* Introduce and manage programs that support work-life balance, such as flexible working arrangements and wellness programs.
4. Recognition Programs:
* Develop and manage recognition programs to reward employee achievements and enhance engagement.
5. Development Opportunities:
* Implement strategies for employee development and career progression.
6. Compliance and Global Mobility:
* Update HR systems and processes to comply with employment legislation and market practices.
* Manage global mobility logistics, including internal transfers, visas, and immigration.
7. Strategic HR Leadership:
* Provide strategic direction for the Total Rewards function.
* Align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years in HR with a focus on total rewards.
* Experience in managing executive and broad-based compensation, incentive, and equity plans.
* Proficiency in Workday HRIS and other HR systems.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and HR best practices.
* Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
