Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Regional Manager at Conductive Containers, Inc. in the Dallas, TX area. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales in the assigned region. The day-to-day tasks include managing the regional team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends and competition, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the packaging, electronics manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of ESD-safe packaging and material handling solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
