Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive all aspects of the business services recruiting cycle including, draft job descriptions; source candidates; coordinate interviews; collect feedback and facilitate decision-making conversations with hiring partners in accordance with established strategic goals; establish and build relationships with external search firms; coordinate onboarding and support integration efforts
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Data maintenance and updates in applicant tracking system (viRecruit)
  • Responsible for job postings online on viRecruit/the Firm website and on various job boards
  • Request for background checks and monitor the progress
  • Revising job descriptions into the standardized format
  • Maintaining the job descriptions database in NetDocs
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
  • Extending verbal offers
  • Drafting offer letters
  • Processing of vendor invoices for payment (agencies/search firms, UC Advantage, SmartHIRE)
  • Prepare onboarding processes for new hires (including IT equipment needs)
  • Coordinate orientation and training schedules
  • Initiate and monitor new hire workflow
  • Arranging the delivery of new hire gifts with the team
  • Processing internal referral bonuses
  • Maintain the Professional Recruiting mailbox
  • Assist Recruiting Manager as needed


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

*Minimum two years’ experience in recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions

Prior experience in a legal or professional environment preferred.

Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
