Recruiting Coordinator

Prominent international law firm is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join their LA headquarter office. Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive all aspects of the business services recruiting cycle including, draft job descriptions; source candidates; coordinate interviews; collect feedback and facilitate decision-making conversations with hiring partners in accordance with established strategic goals; establish and build relationships with external search firms; coordinate onboarding and support integration efforts
- Scheduling interviews
- Data maintenance and updates in applicant tracking system (viRecruit)
- Responsible for job postings online on viRecruit/the Firm website and on various job boards
- Request for background checks and monitor the progress
- Revising job descriptions into the standardized format
- Maintaining the job descriptions database in NetDocs
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Extending verbal offers
- Drafting offer letters
- Processing of vendor invoices for payment (agencies/search firms, UC Advantage, SmartHIRE)
- Prepare onboarding processes for new hires (including IT equipment needs)
- Coordinate orientation and training schedules
- Initiate and monitor new hire workflow
- Arranging the delivery of new hire gifts with the team
- Processing internal referral bonuses
- Maintain the Professional Recruiting mailbox
- Assist Recruiting Manager as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
*Minimum two years’ experience in recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions
Prior experience in a legal or professional environment preferred.
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
