The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for meeting the day-to-day service needs of a portion of our important personal lines insurance clients. The position may also be involved with marketing/re-marketing personal lines insurance policies to our carrier partners.


The candidate must be licensed in P&C insurance and have 1 year of related insurance experience to qualify for consideration. The salary range can vary from the range given based on experience.


This position can be based in our Greer or Travelers Rest, SC locations, or in our Hendersonville, NC location. Relocation is not being considered for this role.


  • Service clients via phone, virtual meeting or by appointment
  • Review insurance quotes, policies, coverages and endorsements for accuracy
  • Market/re-market renewal accounts when needed
  • Prepare proposals
  • Invoice clients for agency billed accounts
  • Utilize the agency management system (Applied Epic), and follow established processes and procedures
