Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional multi-tasker to serve as a Personal Assistant to an Executive. This role requires someone who thrives in a very fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day tasks assigned by Executive
  • Run errands, including but not limited to vehicle maintenance (e.g., taking vehicles for tire repairs, oil changes, etc.) and ordering/picking up/dropping off pet supplies, groceries, lunch.
  • Schedule and coordinate property maintenance services (e.g., housekeeping, pest control, lawn care)
  • Order and manage supplies as needed
  • Handle various small tasks as they arise
  • Work closely with Executive Assistant.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be local to Bastrop/Cedar Creek area.
  • Must love animals and be comfortable around livestock.
  • Full-Time. Salary DOE.
