Compass Associates are proud to be working with a fantastic senior care provider for the recruitment of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for their large skilled nursing facility in Durham, NC.

This role would suit an experienced licensed nursing home administrator in the state of North Carolina that is passionate about care and has experience of managing medium to large skilled nursing facilities. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with company, North Carolina state and CMS guidelines. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring good annual financial performance(s). While working closely with the local community to maintain the relationship in the area.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience within senior care management and preferably within a skilled nursing facility. Along with having experience of managing a large team and care facility as well as experience of managing financial budgets.

All applicants must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful facility. The position requires a manager who can motivate a strong staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and be visible around the facility. While working closely with the local community.

Requirements

Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Essential).

LNHA qualification for the state of North Carolina

3 years management experience within senior care

P&L responsibility

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and North Carolina state regulations

Access to personal car and a valid driving license (Preferred)

Location

The facility is based on the outskirts of Durham, NC and is commutable from Raleigh, Fayetteville, Oxford, Henderson, Roxboro, Greensboro, Burlington and surrounding areas.

Summary

My client are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, who has a history of managing medium to large skilled nursing facilities. In exchange, my client is offering compensation of between $150,000.
