Job Title: Chargeback Specialist (Contract to Hire)

Location: Pico Rivera, CA

Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Chargeback Specialist to join our client's team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is based in Pico Rivera, CA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $28 to $30. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in accounts receivable, particularly in handling chargebacks and deductions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage chargebacks and deductions efficiently and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve chargeback issues and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to address and prevent future chargebacks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all chargeback transactions and correspondence.
  • Prepare and analyze chargeback reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chargeback Specialist, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in accounts receivable, specifically in handling chargebacks and deductions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
