We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization who is looking to add an HRBP to their group overseeing all HR functions at their Dallas, TX location. This role requires a versatile and experienced HR professional who can manage a wide range of HR duties including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues promptly.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues, and support employee development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
