Associate Director, Communication Strategy
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an Associate Director of Insights & Strategy. You will play a key role in translating data into insights and communicating them across teams. You will work across all therapeutic areas to deliver high-quality and impactful visualizations, talking points and dashboards. You will also oversee prioritizing questions from the business and identifying the best messaging for the audience by turning complex analysis into impactful business recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop data visualizations and analysis that convey complex and insightful information in an understandable and appealing manner
- Utilize existing and new analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
- Create compelling narratives that drive business outcomes by understanding stakeholder requirements and objectives
- Work closely with the business leads and therapeutic area marketing/operations teams to develop powerful data-driven presentations that showcase brand narratives
- Support training initiatives to infuse better storytelling across the business
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years hands on analytics skill set and the ability to visualize data to meaningful actionable insights with Tableau or PowerBI
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables
- Excellent written and oral storytelling and communication skills, particularly distilling complex or broad topics into executive level strategic comms
- Driven, highly self-motivated, confident, high-energy individual
