MUST HAVE -


Vendor Management and Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to effectively manage vendors and lead projects.

Solid Real Estate Experience: Strong background in real estate, enhancing project execution and compliance, soft cost expert

Data Savvy: Proficient in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables—an Excel guru.

Experience with Large-Scale Projects: Extensive experience leading large-scale projects for major wireless carriers.

Comprehensive Project Responsibilities: Skilled in site acquisition, agreement negotiations, entitlement procurement, permitting, and network modifications.


The Site Development Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of market site development activities, focusing on wireless telecom construction. Key responsibilities include:


  • Leadership and Expertise: Provide guidance and support for construction design specific to various wireless communication sites.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction quality standards throughout the development process.
  • Site Acquisition and Compliance: Manage site acquisition, real estate, zoning, and compliance with external regulations.
  • Value Enhancement: Contribute to development and construction functions by ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of operational and project-based activities.
  • Central Coordination: Act as the primary contact for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling development and construction initiatives.
  • Process Consistency: Maintain consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, and data integrity.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor qualification, contract management, and pricing to ensure optimal partnerships and project outcomes.


This role is essential for driving successful site development and construction initiatives within the wireless telecom sector.
