As Branch Leader, what will your responsibilities be?

  • Organize, operate and run the business with a focus on marketing and customer service.
  • Hire, train and manage all Sales, Installation and Administrative staff.
  • Ensure the successful completion of installations and ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed installation and sales projections.
  • Drive lead generation and sales conversion, while optimizing operations delivery.
  • Communicate regularly and openly with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and share with higher management an accurate pipeline report that honestly forecasts future commercial business while driving residential follow up.
  • Develop best practices that will add to the foundation of this rapid growth company.
  • Perform in high pressure, fast growth environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with internal and external clients.


What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Experienced in operations management.
  • Experienced in leading & developing a high performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Passion for home improvement/construction industry.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
