What we’re looking for:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of a Europerfumes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive documents
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the CEO
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones and responding to emails


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably reporting to a CEO or senior executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Experience managing confidential information and sensitive documents
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
