Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to join our client’s team in their Paramus, NJ location. In this role, you will help customers design their dream kitchens using advanced design technology, while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will work with over 50 million combinations of styles, colors, and cabinet sizes to help customers turn their vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and generate leads and appointments.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology to assist customers in designing their ideal kitchens.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team through personalized customer interactions.

  • Competitive starting salary of $16.83 per hour.

About You:

  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in the kitchen or home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as required.
