Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Utilize Jira and other tools to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate communication within the team.
  • Write clear and concise user stories that effectively communicate business needs and requirements.
  • Develop relationships with the various Services teams to determine inter-team dependencies, and work with Product Owners to mitigate risks
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and systems and recommend innovative solutions to address them.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business applications, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers and Developers to design and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  • Participate in PI Planning, grooming sessions, road-mapping sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in software development, Product Management, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in the technology or media industry
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities
  • Be able to understand technical system diagrams and be able to discuss at a high-level with a less technical audience
  • Expertise in technical writing, and development of user stories


Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum 1+ years product management experience in media, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams
  • At least 2 years of direct client engagement experience
  • Experience in Television/Broadcast, Media, Technology, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with using Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress
  • Experience using Confluence, Lucid Charts, MS Power Point and Figma
  • Natural problem solver, who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment and is highly collaborative

Product is on the fulfillment side dealing with ordering, schedules and preparing the content for digital platforms.
