Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CIO to strategize and manage the organization’s Project Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the CIO and senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering by engaging with business owners, analysts, and IT teams.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Advise management on project proposals, budgets, staffing, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing potential risks or issues.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Support project governance by maintaining the department's project dashboard.
  • Assist the IT team with administrative functions using the Information Systems Project Management Tool.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • In-depth knowledge of business process improvement practices, including Change Management, Work Prioritization, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.


Education and Experience:

  • PMP or Agile certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven project management experience, successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.
