This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding member with meaningful autonomy. About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Investment Professional to work side-by-side with the Managing Director as a primary supporter and execution partner. In this role, you will not only assist with deal analysis but also jointly navigate the venture ecosystem—attending key meetings and networking events together to build the firm’s presence and deal flow. What You’ll DoActive Deal Origination: Sourcing high-potential startups. Drive outbound sourcing efforts to identify "hidden gems" in the AI and tech sectors.Network & Community Building: Build and maintain a robust network with founders, VCs, and key ecosystem players. Plan and host structured venture ecosystem events to strengthen the firm’s visibility and deal flow.Targeted Analysis (Lean DD): Conduct focused due diligence. Validate key investment merits and critical risks efficiently.Concise Reporting: Support the decision-making process by preparing lean, thesis-driven IC memos.
