Responsibilities:

  2. Building Relationships: Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Engage in ongoing communication to address inquiries, provide support, and gather feedback.
  3. Collaboration with R&D Teams: Work closely with R&D teams to understand the technical aspects of products or services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their understanding of R&D products or services and improve their sales techniques.
  6. Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues or concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  1. Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a technical or scientific field. Previous experience in selling R&D-based products or services is highly desirable.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the products or services resulting from R&D activities, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve targets and excel in their roles.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and secure favorable terms with customers.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions and customer needs.
  7. Organizational Skills: Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or market segment in which the company operates, including regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Compensation: – Weekly Wages + Bonus Compensation based on level of experience and performance.
