Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Use data to understand business patterns and trends
• Analyze internal and external data through data research
• Communicate findings to internal staff and clients through standard and ad hoc reports
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate client requests/bugs into technical requirements
• Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of client campaigns in order to prioritize, manage, and execute enhancements, recommending improvements to increase their effectiveness.
• Support Data Management processes and controls
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Salesforce Experience (Sales and Service)
• Flows, Formulas, Object management, Pardot, Reporting)
• Excel Proficiency (formulas, lookups, macros)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems reported by clients and diagnose the root cause
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Experience working with clients/customers to help define and influence business requirements, bridging the gap between marketing and operations through development and testing to ensure that the completed work meets business needs.
• Ability to manage, track, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven ability to deliver results with minimal direction.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to process information quickly and act to resolve issues.
• Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
